I’m Erika and I’m a photographer in Long Island, NY! I’m originally from Peru, but I’ve been living in Long Island for over 20 years now, this is where I call home! I’ve always been an artist by heart, but my true passion for photography started with the birth of my first daughter in 2006. As I became increasingly fascinated with photography, a passion became to increase inside of me. I decided to explore with different lighting, settings and locations. Nature is both all around us and deep within us. Nature is art and I love to implement the vivid nature colors into my photography. Sunrises and Sunsets, blue ocean waters, rich fall leaves, and nature greens where flowers bloom; all this makes us return to our natural roots, bringing the artistic process back to basics.
